Sally Ogilby

Sally is originally from Pennsylvania but recently graduated from Colorado College where she studied Anthropology and Spanish. She first discovered One Seed while studying abroad in Nepal where she focused on development and social change and spent one month researching community radio. She loves trekking and has led trips throughout Colorado for the Outdoor Recreation Club at Colorado College as well as trips in the Sierras for 6th graders with Overland. Sergio Nuñez
Regional Director – Latin America

Born and raised in Punta Arenas, Patagonia, Sergio spent his childhood in nature; horseback riding in the pampas or fishing in the rivers of Magallanes and Tierra del Fuego. After beginning his early studies in England he had to re-learn Spanish when he returned to Chile, bringing with him a strong Yorkshire accent paired with a Patagonian mumble. After finishing high school Sergio decided to stop playing rugby and get into the mountains, spending his summers as a full time guide in Torres del Paine and the surrounding region. Marc Mitchell
Latin American Operations

Meet OneSeed’s Marc Mitchell: paperwork ninja and slayer of bureaucracy. After having spent a year in Bogotá, Colombia researching corporate social responsibility in Colombia’s mining sector and having spent two years as a Teach For America CM, Marc Mitchell joined the OneSeed Expeditions Team in Chile. He is currently an MBA Candidate at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago and manages OneSeed’s Latin American expansion. Marc is OneSeed’s direct contact with Start-Up Chile, the Chilean Government’s Start-up Incubator for which OneSeed has been selected. Marc speaks Spanish and gets it done like no other.
